Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff file for divorce after three years of marriage
Actor Margaret Qualley and musician and producer Jack Antonoff have filed for divorce after three years of marriage. Court records show the case was filed on Friday, 30 October, in Kings County Supreme Court in Brooklyn, New York, as an uncontested joint divorce, months after reports in July that the couple had separated.

The filing, first reported by USA TODAY, lists Qualley as plaintiff and Antonoff as defendant in an uncontested matrimonial action, the Associated Press reported. According to Rolling Stone, the court has processed a certificate of dissolution of marriage, but a settlement agreement is still pending and a judge has yet to review the case. The couple have no children. Representatives for the two did not immediately respond to requests for comment from the Los Angeles Times.
Qualley, 32, star of "The Substance" and an Emmy nominee, and Antonoff, 42, frontman of the band Bleachers and a Grammy-winning producer known for his work with Taylor Swift and Lana Del Rey, began dating in 2021. They married in August 2023 in Beach Haven, on New Jersey's Long Beach Island, at a ceremony attended by Swift and Del Rey.
People magazine reported on 8 July that the couple had decided to separate. Two days later, a representative for Qualley rejected press reports of trust problems or infidelity, saying the two still had "deep love and care for one another" and asking for privacy. At a Bleachers concert in West Hollywood on 15 September, when a fan suggested the band's song "Let's Get Married", Antonoff answered: "Absolutely not. Read the news, brother."
Antonoff often wrote about Qualley in his music, and she inspired Lana Del Rey's 2023 song "Margaret", which he co-wrote and produced. Qualley, the daughter of actor Andie MacDowell, said in a Vanity Fair interview in February that the couple planned to have children.
