The Michelin Guide Manila and Environs and Cebu 2027, the second Philippine edition, was unveiled at a ceremony in Pasay City on Thursday, 29 October, attended by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos.

Helm, by chef Josh Boutwood, again received the highest rating of the night with two Michelin stars. Nine restaurants have one star each: Gallery by Chele, Toyo Eatery, Hapag, Kasa Palma, Linamnam, Asador Alfonso, Celera, Inato and the newcomer Flow, the only new star this year.

In total the guide recognises 127 establishments: 10 starred restaurants, 31 Bib Gourmand places, which offer good food at moderate prices, including 10 new ones, and 86 restaurants in the wider Michelin Selection, 18 of them new. Bib Gourmand picks range from Tatang's Lechon and C.H.E. Bacolod Chicken House to Manam at The Triangle and Some Thai.

Special awards went to Clyde Joshua Zafra of Tito Boy (Service Award), Francis Lacson of Digàmo (Young Chef), Ron Job Sanchez at Automat (Exceptional Cocktails) and Frances Tariga of Tadhanà (Opening of the Year).
